Deliveries are free of charge in Metropolitan France, in the European Union and in Switzerland.
Deliveries are made by the Colissimo service (French Post) and take an average of 2-3 working days, unless otherwise indicated on the product sheet.
A tracking number will be sent to you after your order to allow you to follow each step of the delivery of your package.
Returns :
You can return new and unused items free of charge from Metropolitan France, the European Union and Switzerland up to 30 days after the delivery date.
To return an item, simply contact us to receive your return label.
You will then be refunded within 24 hours of receiving the items.
